Technical Support

All our customers benefit from free technical support in relation to use of our templates.

If you need assistance, please contact us by one of the following means:

By telephone: +44 (0)1491 821123
By email: mail (at) seqlegal (dot) com
Or: using our website contact form

Technical support covers downloading problems, as well as problems relating to the saving of the templates and technical (but not legal or drafting) problems relating to the editing of the templates.

We are regularly asked to send documents in an alternative format (such as .rtf format) and are usually able to oblige.
